Delivery

We aim to despatch items purchased the next working day. However depending on availability items may take longer to be despatched. When we recieve your order you will recieve a confirmation email. When you order has been despatched we will email to you a tracking number for your package which you can track online. All orders should arrive within 24 hours of despatch.

If there is a problem with availability you will be notified by email and will be informed how long it will be before you receive your items. It should not be more than 7 days.

Sorry, but we do not despatch livestock. If you are interested in any of our animals you will have to visit our stores or arrange collection.

West Yorkshire Delivery

The West Yorkshire Delivery rate applies to the following postcodes:

LS   BD   HD   HX   WF

If you live outside these postcodes please select National Delivery.

National Delivery

National Delivery includes all of Mainland UK including England, Scotland and Wales. Sorry, but we do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland.

Delivery of Hutches & Runs

Due to their weight and size we can not offer National Delivery on Hutches and Runs.
