The Filter System is located inside the aquarium, no hoses or connectors are neccessary, meaning no leaky connections since the water stays where it should be; inside the aquaiurm!
As there are no hoses or connectors in the Juwel Filtration System to slow the flow of the pump, the powerhead needs less capacity. This ensures an even flow of water over the huge sponges twice every hour.
